Summary

This study tests whether the SleepQ mobile app can help adults with insomnia sleep better. About 80 participants will use the app along with their usual care for 12 weeks, while another group receives usual care alone. The goal is to see if the app reduces insomnia symptoms and improves mood and daily functioning.
