Summary
This pilot study tests a digital behavioral therapy app (SleepFix) with psychologist support for young people aged 16-24 who have insomnia. Forty participants will either use the app or receive online sleep education. The goal is to see if the app is practical and helps improve sleep, fatigue, and mood, paving the way for a larger trial.
