App-Based therapy aims to beat insomnia in teens and young adults

Summary

This pilot study tests a digital behavioral therapy app (SleepFix) with psychologist support for 40 young people aged 16-24 who have insomnia. Participants will either use the app or receive online sleep education. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and helps improve sleep, fatigue, and mood. Results will guide a larger future trial.
