Summary
This study tests whether adding sleep health coaching to a diet and exercise program can improve heart health, especially blood pressure. Researchers will work with 150 adults in underserved NYC neighborhoods who have high blood pressure. Participants will attend group sessions, use a Fitbit to track sleep and activity, and learn ways to overcome common sleep barriers like noise and light.
