Summary
This study tested a sleep treatment designed for people with severe mental illness (SMI) who often have trouble sleeping. Researchers adapted the treatment to better fit patients in community mental health centers. The goal was to see if it could improve sleep, daily functioning, and reduce symptoms. About 489 patients and their providers took part.
