Summary
This study tested whether an internet-based sleep treatment could improve sleep and quality of life in veterans with both COPD and insomnia. Thirteen veterans were randomly assigned to either an online behavioral sleep program or online sleep education. The goal was to see if better sleep could also help with COPD symptoms.
