Can better sleep ease severe schizophrenia symptoms?
NCT ID NCT06749444
Summary
This study is testing whether a specific type of talk therapy focused on improving sleep can help people with schizophrenia that hasn't responded well to medication. Researchers will work with 60 participants who have both treatment-resistant schizophrenia and significant sleep problems. Participants will receive either sleep-focused therapy or standard therapy to see if better sleep leads to fewer psychotic symptoms and a better quality of life.
