Summary

This study is testing whether a specific type of talk therapy focused on improving sleep can help people with treatment-resistant schizophrenia. Researchers will compare 8-10 sessions of sleep-focused therapy to standard talk therapy. The goal is to see if better sleep leads to fewer psychotic symptoms and a better quality of life for participants.
