This study tested two types of therapy for insomnia in 134 people also being treated for alcohol use disorder. The goal was to see if improving sleep could help them stay sober and feel better during the day. Participants received either a standard insomnia treatment or a tailored approach, and researchers measured sleep quality and alcohol abstinence.
