Summary

This study is testing two different therapy approaches to help people who have both insomnia and alcohol use disorder. Researchers want to see if improving sleep quality can also help people drink less alcohol while they're in treatment. The study involves 134 participants who are enrolled in alcohol treatment programs and also have chronic insomnia.
