Summary
This study tested 4 different nutritional supplements to see if they could improve sleep quality in healthy adults. Over 12 weeks, 376 participants took either a supplement or a placebo pill. Researchers measured sleep quality, daytime sleepiness, and mood to see if the supplements made a difference.
