Summary
This study tested four different nutritional supplements to see if they could help healthy adults sleep better. Over 12 weeks, 376 participants took either a supplement or a placebo. Researchers measured sleep quality, daytime sleepiness, and mood. The goal was to find out if these supplements can ease sleep problems.
