NCT ID NCT05870228
First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study tested a sleep program for teens aged 12-15 who have both insomnia and mental health issues. The goal was to see if the program was practical and helpful. Only 3 teens enrolled, and the study was stopped early, so we don't have clear results on whether it improved sleep or mental health.
