NCT ID NCT05870228

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study aimed to see if a sleep program (Strathclyde Sleep Intervention) was practical and liked by teens aged 12-15 who have both insomnia and mental health issues. Only 3 out of 16 planned participants enrolled, and the study was stopped early. The main goal was to learn about recruitment and acceptance, not to prove the program works.
