New study aims to help kids beat insomnia without pills

Summary

This study tests a therapy called CBT-I for children aged 7-11 who have trouble sleeping. It looks at whether a part of this therapy, called sleep restriction therapy, is key to helping them. 120 children will be split into three groups to compare different versions of the therapy. The goal is to improve sleep and reduce insomnia symptoms.
