Summary

This study looked at 149 adults with high blood pressure and insomnia to understand how poor sleep might increase heart disease risk. Participants received Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to improve sleep. Researchers measured changes in nighttime blood pressure and sleep quality over six months to find links between sleep and heart health.
