First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 33 times

Summary

This study looks at sleep patterns in 20 teenagers aged 15-17 who have had pain for more than 3 months. Researchers will test a relaxation technique done before sleep to see if it improves sleep quality and helps the brain process emotions tied to pain. Participants sleep at home with a portable device that records brain activity, eye movements, and heart rate.
