NCT ID NCT07518368
First seen Apr 14, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This pilot study tests a self-guided digital program called SOAR that shares simple sleep tips from trusted health organizations. Researchers want to see if it's easy to use and helpful for people starting treatment for an eating disorder. About 154 adults will either get the program right away or after the study ends. The goal is to improve sleep and support recovery, not to test a new drug or cure.
