NCT ID NCT07190989

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a nutritional drink (a mix of cherry, cocoa, and other ingredients) could improve sleep in 15 healthy young football players. Each athlete tried both the drink and a placebo at different times to see if the drink helped them sleep longer or better. The goal was to find out if this kind of supplement can be personalized to help athletes recover from training.
