Summary

This study looks at whether different types of regular exercise can help protect against the negative effects of not getting enough sleep. Researchers will measure blood sugar control, blood vessel health, thinking skills, and energy use in 48 healthy adults aged 20-45. Participants will have their sleep reduced and then be tested to see how exercise changes their body's response.
