Summary

This study looked at 38 healthy adults who usually slept less than 6 hours per night. Researchers helped them increase sleep to 7 hours for four weeks to see how it affected blood chemicals and insulin sensitivity. The goal was to find markers that show whether someone is getting enough sleep.
