NCT ID NCT07409883
Summary
This study aims to understand the link between deep sleep and the groggy feeling people experience right after waking from a night nap. Researchers will observe 28 healthy adults during simulated night shifts, measuring their brain waves before waking and testing their alertness afterward. The goal is to gather knowledge that could help night shift workers plan safer, more effective naps.
