Summary
This study tested whether teaching menopausal women about good sleep habits (sleep hygiene) could improve their sleep and comfort. The education was based on a nursing theory called Comfort Theory. Sixty women in menopause took part, with half receiving the education and half not. The study measured changes in sleep quality and comfort levels.
