Summary
This study tests a smart home system (smart speaker, lights, and Wi-Fi router) that uses artificial intelligence to deliver insomnia therapy to young adult cancer survivors at home. The goal is to improve sleep and quality of life. About 74 participants aged 18-42 with a history of cancer and chronic insomnia will be enrolled.
