Summary
This study tests a special sleep program for children with autism who have trouble sleeping. About 50 children ages 6 to 12 will take part in a 12-week program to improve their sleep habits, daytime behavior, and quality of life. The goal is to see if the program is easy to use and helps families feel less stressed.
