Summary
This pilot study tests a tailored sleep health program for family caregivers who live with and assist a loved one with chronic health conditions. The program combines cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and caregiving guidance to improve sleep regularity, timing, efficiency, and satisfaction. Researchers will enroll 31 caregivers to see if the intervention is feasible and effective.
