Summary

This study tested whether teaching good sleep habits could improve sleep for adults aged 50-80. Researchers compared three groups: one watched an educational video, another watched the video and got daily text reminders, and a third received no instruction. Participants wore Fitbit devices to track their sleep for six weeks to see if the education made a difference.
