Can a video and text messages help you sleep better?
NCT ID NCT06129045
Summary
This study tested whether teaching good sleep habits could improve sleep for adults aged 50-80. Researchers divided 125 participants into groups: one watched an educational video, another watched the video plus got daily text reminders, and a third group received no instruction. Everyone wore a Fitbit for six weeks to track sleep patterns and filled out questionnaires about sleep quality and daytime sleepiness.
