Sleep school for pain: simple education program aims to break Pain-Sleep cycle
NCT ID NCT07425964
Summary
This study is testing whether a four-week educational program about good sleep habits can improve sleep quality and reduce pain for adults with chronic migraine or lower back pain. Researchers want to see if better sleep can help break the cycle where pain disrupts sleep, and poor sleep worsens pain. About 100 participants will receive personalized sleep coaching and materials, complete questionnaires, and have their pain sensitivity tested before and after the program.
