Summary
This study aims to understand why people with damage to specific brain areas (the hypothalamus and pituitary) often have severe sleep problems. Researchers will compare 60 patients with this condition to healthy volunteers, measuring sleep quality, hormone levels, and brain scans. The goal is to identify the causes of these sleep disorders to guide future treatments and improve patients' quality of life.
