Heart surgery patients get a sleep makeover
NCT ID NCT07401836
First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether a simple sleep bundle—including a sleep mask, earplugs, and a noise machine—can help adults sleep better after heart surgery. Twenty participants will either receive the sleep bundle or standard care. The main goal is to see if the study is practical for a larger trial, but researchers will also track sleep quality and hospital stay length.
