NCT ID NCT07181577
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether using a special blanket for 4 weeks can improve sleep in 672 young people aged 16-24 who have trouble sleeping. Participants are split into three groups: two groups get different blankets, and one group gets no blanket for comparison. The goal is to find a safe, drug-free way to ease sleep problems.
