First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tests a combined approach to help people who have used sleeping pills for a long time reduce or stop them safely. Researchers will compare supervised medication tapering alone versus tapering plus a digital cognitive behavioral therapy program for insomnia. The goal is to see which method works better for cutting down pill use and improving sleep, while also understanding what helps or hinders success in primary care.
