Summary
This study tests a combined approach to help people stop using sleep medications safely. Researchers will compare supervised medication tapering alone versus tapering plus a digital cognitive behavioral therapy program for insomnia. The goal is to reduce reliance on sleep aids and improve sleep quality in 430 adults who have used these medications long-term.
