Summary
This study looks at how sleep changes before and after hip or knee replacement surgery. About 60 adults will wear a sleep tracker for one week before surgery and up to six months after. The goal is to find out when patients can expect their sleep to return to normal or improve, so doctors can give better sleep advice.
