Summary
This early-phase trial tested an experimental drug called SL-172154 combined with either standard chemotherapy or a targeted therapy in 86 people with ovarian cancer that stopped responding to platinum-based treatments. The main goals were to check safety and find the best dose. Researchers also looked for signs that the tumors shrank. This study is for people with advanced ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer.
