Summary

This study looks at how the skin on the palm of the hand is involved in Dupuytren disease and whether it affects how well surgery works. Researchers will measure skin stiffness, use ultrasound, and examine tissue samples from 50 adults having surgery. The goal is to understand why the disease sometimes comes back after treatment.
