New hope drug enters first human tests for Tough-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This is the first time a new drug called SKB518 is being tested in people. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see how the body handles it. The study will also check if the drug can help shrink tumors in adults with advanced solid cancers that have stopped responding to standard treatments.
