Summary
This is the first time researchers are testing the experimental drug SKB518 in people. The study aims to find a safe dose and see how the body handles the drug in 150 adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to check for side effects, but researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help shrink tumors.
