Summary
This study looked at how the diabetes drug sitagliptin affects levels of anti-rejection medicines (tacrolimus and sirolimus) in kidney transplant patients with type 2 diabetes. It also checked for side effects and blood sugar control over 3 months. 16 people who were at least 1 year post-transplant took part.
