Stand up for your health: study tests active breaks for seniors

Summary
This study looks at whether taking short, active breaks from sitting can improve heart health and physical function in older adults. Researchers will enroll 30 overweight adults aged 65 and older who sit for at least 6 hours a day. Participants will use a smartphone app to guide them through these breaks, and the study will measure how feasible and acceptable the program is.
