Summary

This study tests a special balloon coated with two drugs to open blocked arteries in the heart. It is for people with chest pain or a mild heart attack who have either a new blockage or a re-blockage where a stent was placed. The balloon is inflated inside the artery to deliver the drugs and restore blood flow. The goal is to see if it is safe and works well, with 30 participants being followed for 12 months.
