Summary

This study tested a drug called sirolimus in 16 people with a rare condition causing parts of their body to grow too much due to a PIK3CA gene change. The goal was to see if sirolimus could stop or slow this overgrowth. Participants took the drug and were monitored with scans and measurements to track changes.
