First seen May 06, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at whether endoscopic sinus surgery can improve sleep problems in people with chronic rhinosinusitis and nasal polyps. About 30 adults who have not responded to medication will have their sleep measured before and 3 months after surgery. The goal is to see if removing the polyps helps them sleep more deeply and wake up less often.
