New mesh technique may help more people get dental implants

Summary
This study tests a new method to prepare the upper jaw for dental implants when there is not enough bone. Surgeons will lift the sinus membrane and hold it up with a titanium mesh or with metal screws. The goal is to see which method creates more new bone for a strong implant. Twenty adults with low bone height will take part.
