One-Step sinus lift and implant procedure tested in small study

Summary
This study tests a new technique to lift the sinus floor and place a dental implant at the same time using a special drill and guide. Ten people with missing upper back teeth and a shallow sinus will be treated. The goal is to see how much bone can be added and how well the implant holds.
