Dental implant study tests new sinus lift technique

Summary
This study compares two methods of lifting the sinus floor to make room for dental implants in the upper jaw. About 26 adults with missing back teeth and low bone height will be randomly assigned to one of two techniques. The goal is to see which approach leads to better bone growth and implant stability over one year.
