Summary
This study compares two methods of lifting the sinus floor to make room for dental implants in the upper jaw. 26 adults with missing upper back teeth and low bone height will be randomly assigned to either a piezoelectric or a standard crestal approach. The goal is to see which technique leads to better bone growth and implant stability over one year.
