First seen Apr 22, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looked at how often the thin sinus lining gets torn during a special dental implant procedure. Six adults with low bone in the upper jaw received implants using a new drilling technique, while a tiny camera monitored the sinus lining. The goal was to see if this method is safe and to understand how the lining responds.
