Summary
This study looks at how modern cystic fibrosis medicines affect sinus disease and sense of smell in children ages 2 to 8. Researchers will use MRI scans, smell tests, and quality-of-life surveys over two years. The goal is to understand if these treatments help improve sinus and smell problems in young kids with CF.
